How this website handles contact information and consultation inquiries.
The current website
This version of the Eclipse Publishers website does not create user accounts, process payments, or use an application database. We have not installed advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website rather than loaded from third-party font services.
Consultation inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name and email address, any optional phone number and message you provide, and the service you asked about. Our website sends these details through Cloudflare and Resend to our contact inbox so we can respond. Your email address is included as the reply address. We also send a confirmation to the email address you provide. We do not add your inquiry to a CRM, subscribe you to marketing, or save form details in browser storage. Email records are processed by Resend and the receiving email services.
Demonstration previews
Some development previews explicitly label the form as a demonstration. In that mode, details stay in the current page’s memory and are not sent or saved. This applies only when the form displays a preview notice; the public consultation form sends an email when you submit it.
Contact by email
If you choose to email info@eclipsepublishers.com, your email provider and the receiving email service will process your message and contact information. We use information you choose to send to respond to your request and discuss the relevant services. Avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential manuscripts in an initial inquiry.
Hosting and external services
Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the website and its inquiry endpoint. Resend processes inquiry emails for delivery. If you follow an external link or use an email application, that service’s privacy practices apply. No optional analytics or marketing cookies are set by the website application in this version.
